Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

NOTE: If possible, make a video while opening your packages.

Claims for defects/damage/missing items/wrong items without evidence will not be prioritized. We always check the products before we ship them.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

To start a return, please contact us at info.avofashion@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund

was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

All refunds are credited back to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds are sent to the issuing bank within 7-14 business days of receiving the return or cancellation request.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, you can take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again (the transaction might be delayed).
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info.avofashion@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs/Redelivery Costs

To return your product, please email your order number to info.avofashion@gmail.com for further instructions.

Buyer Responsibility:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs if there is no quality issue with the product, such as personal reasons (e.g., don't like it/ordered the wrong color/ordered the wrong size).
  • Avo Fashion covers the return shipping costs if the product is defective, damaged or missed.
  • We do not charge for reshipping.
